Landmark Strategy Group, LLC, a nationally licensed and bonded receivables management firm headquartered in West Seneca, NY, is looking forward to attending the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) 2022 Annual Conference at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV on February 7-10. As a Certified Receivables Business by RMAI, Landmark is committed not only to the highest industry standards but also to networking and exploring our relationships at the largest industry events like RMAI’s 25th annual conference.

Connecting At The Conference

The annual RMAI conference is an opportunity each year for debt buyers, originating creditors, collection agencies, law firms, brokers, and affiliates to gather for timely industry education, in-person networking opportunities, and business development prospects. This year, Landmark’s Owner and President, Mark Lesinski, will be available for meetings with our existing partners, as well as those looking to build new partnerships for the future.

“The RMAI 2022 Annual Conference will be a welcome opportunity to meet and reconnect with our industry family,” says Mark. “Whether it be at the golf course on the opening day, during the educational sessions, or in meetings, this conference is the premier way to explore new and old relationships and build a future that betters the whole industry. Thank you to the great team at RMAI and the various committees for organizing this conference for the last 25 years. Landmark is proud to be part of RMAI and contribute towards the advocacy efforts being made to make progress on key industry issues.”

Days Of Learning

This year’s annual conference has many educational opportunities over the three-day event. Experts from all aspects of the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry, as well as other top financial institutions, will be on hand to discuss a range of topics including auto portfolios, artificial intelligence machine learning, bankruptcy litigation, and legislation, and much more.

Forums will also be offered to dive deeper into key ARM industry issues. The three main forums will be a chief compliance officer forum, a state and federal regulatory and legislative update, and a current issues forum. For those looking to go above and beyond the standard level of industry compliance, RMAI is also offering pathways to earn individual certification at the conference. Attendees can earn their Certified Receivables Compliance Professional designations while attending the conference.

Landmark attends these educational sessions as a way to both remain compliant with any new and upcoming regulations and also as a networking opportunity to explore how we can partner with our fellow attendees on future projects. Mark Lesinski is committed to building new relationships at the conference in purchasing non-performing credit card, auto deficiency, mortgage loan, FinTech, Credit Union, revolving or installment loans, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy receivables portfolios as Landmark looks forward to continued growth through 2022.

The Value Of Compliance

Landmark Strategy Group is a member of RMAI and proud to support RMAI and its advocacy efforts. Landmark is also a member of ACA International, another well-respected industry association. These two memberships represent a larger focus at Landmark on compliance and staying up to date on industry events, conferences, and educational offerings that keep us on top of breaking industry news, trends, and regulatory changes. We are proud to participate in industry events and work towards building our professional relationships.
